Family Vacation

This home was great for our family to get together. We had 5 adults and 3 kids, the size of the home was perfect. Leo and his staff checked on our needs and showed us around the home on the day of our arrival. The neighborhood was residential and I felt completely safe to let the kids play out front. I have rented many homes across a variety of states and this home is on the top of the list.

Absolutely amazing

I can’t rave more about the place and the overall experience I had with this property. Leo went above and beyond to help us book his property. The place was very clean. I will definitely be staying with him again when visiting Fort Lauderdale!

Great stay, amazing location

A group of 6 of us stayed for a few days and loved our time here. The pool and hot tub were amazing and we spent time by the pool every day. The location is amazing and walking distance to the beach and restaurants. There are some minor cosmetic things that could be improved around the house, but nothing that impacted our stay. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great property

My friends and I get together once a year in different cities and we all agreed this was our favorite house so far. The house was very clean, including the pool and hot tub, which we really appreciated. Beds and couches were comfortable. Close to the beach. Everything was great. Would definitely stay again.

THE WORST

My 17th time using VRBO. THE HOUSE. Hot tub takes an hour to heat. The uneven stones around the pool are hazardous to walk on. Eaves leak dirty water onto the furniture. The dirty furniture wobbles on the uneven stones. The neighbors' dogs bark all day. There are no instructions for the hot tub or tv remotes. Ceilings are stained. Lights are missing globes. AC vents are clogged with dirt. No cover on a kitchen plug. MB mattress is stained. Laminate floor is buckling. AC closet is filthy. MB shower needs caulk. Front bedroom gets no AC. Garage bedroom has a noisy portable AC. Walls, trim and doors need repair and paint. The list is endless. All hosts know the problems and deficiencies of their properties. Most correct them before renting. Some, like Leo, ignore them hoping you won't care. There is nothing this host could have done, at the time, to correct these deficiencies so, since no renter is obligated to occupy a property 24/7, we decided to spend our last 3 nights elsewhere and use this pool, hot tub and beach during the day. THE HOST. On move in day Leo 'never' replied to our 1pm text - he panics if you don't reply to his, immediately. On our last full day we arrived at 11am to find him poking around INSIDE the house. He has cameras, monitoring apps, and cleaner spies - that is not enough - he enters in a non-emergency without notice, our permission or our knowledge. This intrusion shocked and scared us. We refuse his credit. It may have tainted this honest review.

Generally Good Stay

Myself and 6 friends stayed here in early July. The location was great, right near the beach! and there was plenty of space for all 7 of us. The major issue we had was with the AC in the master bedroom toward the front of the house - the window unit sounded horrible when turned on and was definitely going to be a hazard if we had left it on. Unfortunately, for the entire stay that was unusable and that room did not receive AC from the central system (we checked the vent and nothing came out no matter what) so there was just one small ceiling fan keeping it bearable. It wouldn't have been an issue had it not been July in Miami! One other very small issue was that for a 4 day weekend of what was planned for 9 guests (ended up being 7), there was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom so we had to buy more while there. The hosts were communicative and the check in process was easy. Overall, the stay was fair and as long as you don't mind it being hot in the rooms during summer, it was a nice house.

Amazing experience at Dolphin Isles

We visited Fort Lauderdale for a girls weekend and were so impressed with Dolphin Isles! Sebastian greeted us at the house and showed us around - he even provided recommendations which was so nice! It was the perfect place for our group to stay - well decorated, very clean, safe, and the pool/ backyard was the perfect place to hang out. It was a wonderful home base for our visit, and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Best Girls trip ever!

I cannot recommend this property enough!!! The house itself is gorgeous and so spacious. It happily fit 7 girls who like to overpack :) The location could not be more amazing and central to the beach, groceries, and bars/restaurants. The owner, Leo, and his team are beyond friendly, helpful and super responsive! If we are back in the area I will absolutely stay here again. Thank you again for everything Leo and team!

Great location

Property as advertised. Short walk to the beach. Clean and well stocked. Very welcoming and accommodating host(s). Also very responsive to the only issue which was the TV reception freezing instead of streaming. But still had to do our own trouble shooting with laptop to watch the Bug Ten championship, since the suggestions didn’t work. But we enjoyed our family vacation to the beach again after missing last year and would use Leo’s property again.

Had the best time

Had the best time with a group of 8 girls. Plenty of space in the house and having three bathrooms was so clutch. Check in was super easy as were the instructions on how to use everything in the house and to prep for check out. Our host also let us check in early and kept in touch to make sure everything was taken care of. Leo and Julian were the best!! Very short ride down town and a quick walk to the beach! Great memories for our family!

We loved this home , great location and everything was clean and comfortable for our family!! We enjoyed our own private pool and hot tub each night we were there. Mr. Leo was awesome very nice and responsive when we needed anything. The boardwalk was just a 10 minute drive away but walking distance from the ocean. Amazing home close to everything

Leo greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome in the home. We had everything we needed and Leo even texted us to be sure we didn't have questions. The pool was warm and squeaky clean! The house was spacious and the many bathrooms made it nice for a large group. Loved this home and will stay again. The back patio and pool was a nice private oasis after a day or night on the town. Walking to the beach was so quick and easy. This was by far one of our best family vacations. Thank you Leo!

Great Property and Owner very Accessible

Leo met us at the house upon arrival, explained everything, and was quick to respond to any questions after he left. Was a great relaxing golf trip and hot tub was great for post round back pain! Location fantastic as well.
