Great Family Thanksgiving

Loved the location, close to the beach. A great house on a quiet street and plenty of space for six adults and a toddler. Nice pool, with plenty of pool and beach toys and chairs. Having the "pool house" as a separate house was really helpful and was put to great use by the family with a 2 year old. Great stay!

Fantastic family vacation

We had a great time!! We loved the house, it was perfect for our family of 8. The heated pool was perfect after a day on the beach. The pool house was great with all the extra space. The location was perfect. The provisioning option was appreciated and the house was well stocked when we arrived! Loved the golf cart rentals, so much fun!

Great time in Lauderdale

We had a fantastic spring break in Fort Lauderdale. The house was amazing and it handled our nine family members with ease. It has 5 king beds, so everyone had plenty of room. Pool was heated and all had fun.

Nice beach vacation

Spring break for us with our college age boys. The house is just a block from the beach which is great. The only downside this time of year is the traffic. It could take 30 minutes to go 3 miles to a restaurant. There were a couple places walking distance but most restaurants were a drive away. The house was very clean and had everything you would need. Four beach chairs but no beach umbrella. The management company was very communicative and responsive.

Super close to beach!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the beach was the best part. It was amazing to just walk down the block to A1A, then go two blocks over to the crosswalk to the beach! Or you can walk along the beach on the sidewalk also— we walked on that to restaurants, the Las Olas Farmers’ Market, the Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, and the Bonnet House Gardens. The heated pool was another highlight; the backyard area around it feels private because of the fencing & foliage around it. It was nice to have the pool house to be able to spread out a little more, and great there’s a washer & dryer in there too. The air conditioning works well; there were only two nights in January when it was chilly & we had to make do with the space heaters & blankets. The wifi works well in the main house, as well as in the space between the main & pool houses, but it doesn’t work well in the pool house (although the Roku tv still works). The minor issues that arose during our stay were handled quickly. The pool is maintained regularly. Some nights the iguanas ran across the rooftops, which isn’t something we’re used to, but might just be a caveat to having flat roofs surrounded by amazing tropical foliage.

Perfect golf/ beach weekend

I booked this property for a guys trip with a total of 10 guests. There was plenty of room for the group, and many of the guys loved the pool house out back. Though our group was made up of adults, I imagine this would be a perfect space for those traveling with kids. There were no shortage of amenities between foosball, ping-pong, and of course the pool area. Most importantly, this property had all of the little things most places forget. Extra towels for the beach, shower products, detergent pods for laundry (multiple washers and dryers), and even a bottle of champagne to kick off our trip. The house was less than a minute walk down to the beach. Additionally, their attentive staff made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The property was very clean and I wound certainly recommend to a friend.

Great beach home property and location

The home was great perfectly located and setup for three couples and teenagers. We enjoyed our stay the pool was the perfect size for our small group, the bbq pretty convenient as well as the walking distance to the beach. We will come back !

Couldn't have asked for more!

This was great for our family. Everyone had their own space. Pool was a great spot to hang out. Pool house was ideal for my family of 4 and small children that go to bed early / wake up early. Didn't feel like I needed to ask the rest of the group to be quiet or impose on others when the kids wake up early. Communication from the owners was fantastic. They reached out occasionally to see how our stay was going, helped us check-in 30 min early, and helped when we forgot the keypad code. I'd def come back!

Perfect Stay

We have stayed in many rentals during the years and this was by far the most stunning place I have ever stayed. The house and property felt like a 5 star resort. The beach was very close. Water was beautiful we even saw a few beach iguana. We had a group of 4 couples and everyone was thrilled with the property. The pool and backyard were perfect for evenings after dinner. This was overall just a superb property and experience. We can’t wait to come back again. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Todo fue excelente más de lo que esperaba, nos dejaron regalos como souvenir. Tenían suficiente papel toalla, papel de baño , gel de baño, crema para el cuerpo en cada cuarto, detergente de fregar . Hasta café para hacer café americano . Me gustó mucho estuvimos encantados con la casa. Y si volveríamos a ir .

Grad Get Away

Perfect house for 9 guests. We had 3 families celebrating high school graduates. Boys were able to stay in the pool house. Customer service was great. Great location, beach right across the street. Would definitely come back.

Perfect Place for Large Group

Myself and seven other girls stayed here for a bachelorette party and it was absolutely perfect. There were plenty of beds so almost everyone had their own, and if we did have to share it wasn’t a big deal because the beds were king size. The 4.5 bathrooms was also great for eight girls. The guest/pool house was a great addition so we were able to spread out and never felt like there wasn’t enough room. Check in process was easy and host was very quick to answer any questions or address problems. Kitchen was stocked with pots/pans/utensils and laundry worked out well. Only thing I noticed was the shower I used didn’t get very hot, but the other girls said their showers worked fine. The house is directly across from the beach and only a short Uber trip to Las Olas Blvd. The pool was a must for us and we used it every day. Beach chairs and towels were also provided, which was a plus. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to Ft. Lauderdale with a large group.

Great Floridian style home in a good location

Clean, well decorated Floridian style home with guest cottage made for a great stay. 1 min walk to the beach, the house bikes were great to take to the shops and restaurants. Games were a hit with the kids.

Look no further!

Look no further for a rental property! This property was excellent during our stay with 7 people. The kitchen meets your needs with cookware, dishes, cooking utensils, coffee pot and keurig. Paper towels, dish sponge and pods are also provided. There are plenty of towels and beach towels for use. The beds are comfortable and two showers with waterfall showerheads were nice after a long day at the beach. It is helpful that they provide shower toiletries. The pool house was perfect for travelers to have their own private space. The pool is amazing! It is like your own private oasis! And if you are looking for a property with beach access this is your place! The games were fun for downtime. We didn't use the grill but it is in good shape for your outdoor cooking needs. We had a blast and would definitely rebook at this property!
