Modern and featuring original art, the 4-unit building is located downtown with all the restaurants and nightlife, just 3.5 miles to the beach and 2 minute access to the highway. Nestled between a museum and gothic church, the Guesthouse is situated in a significant cultural and historical neighborhood. With ample parking and lighting, this is a sure, safe and affordable option. We have few amenities, but make up for it with style and comfort.

A lot of detail went into rebuilding these units. There are resort-quality fixtures and finishes. You will feel at home (everyone else has so far!) This is Unit #1 downstairs although these photos are of another unit upstairs, they are almost identical.

Guests have their own private units. You may request not to be greeted, otherwise we will greet in person. Guests share the laundry, BBQ and garden patio areas.

We are very hands on and there for our guests. We try to greet our guests and help them anyway we can. Let us know what you need.

This charming little apartment building is sitting between a Gothic church and Old Dillard museum. Located in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Dorsey Riverbed is an established, historic neighborhood.

Walking is definitely an option and the scooters come to the neighbourhood when they`re operational. There`s plenty of buses and parking and ride shares. If you stay a while, will get you a bike.
It is a quiet building. Clean up common areas when through.
