🧼 House Rules

• Quiet hours: 10PM–8AM

• Absolutely NO smoking is permitted on the premises at all. If any tenant is caught smoking onsite or we get notification from neighbors that a tenant is

smoking, all guests will be asked to leave and no refund will be provided.

• No pets

• No glass near pool

• Children must be supervised at all times

• NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Parties or large gatherings are not allowed unless pre-approved. Only the number of guests listed at booking are allowed in the house.

• DAMAGES: Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items and agree to pay the retail value for any such items.

• LOCAL GUEST BOOKING POLICY: Locals must first contact host prior to booking. Failure to do so may result in cancelation without the possibility of a refund.

• PRIMARY GUEST AGE REQUIREMENT: The primary guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.

• Guests will be given the homes address 24 hours prior to arrival per company policy.



Please note this home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. We respect our neighbors and neighborhood. If we receive communication from neighbors or police due to violation of house rules, this will result in early termination of your stay. We appreciate your understanding.

•All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm.



•If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.



•For reservations that are made through platforms other than Airbnb, and guest is entitled a refund, guest will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee that is deducted from their refund.

-You may be asked to complete documentation such as a rental agreement or provide other information for Chady Property Management after booking reservation.

-Please do not re-stage or move any furniture during your stay to prevent damage and maintain the property’s condition.
