The property is beautiful. You can tell the building is older, but the property is well maintained. We had 2 adults and 5 kids, it was perfect for all of us. It is a convenient location to everything and is right on the beach which was very nice. We liked the ammenities the property had as well. We definitely would return in the future.

Awesome getaway with our family

Very accommodating as our October booking needed to be moved due to the hurricane. She gracefully let us rebook for another time. Unit was clean and well stocked. Loved having all the beach essentials including the wagon as we have 3 kids 5 and under. The amenities on site were also great. We would definitely rebook.

Stunning Oceanfront Oasis

Our recent stay at this Ft. Lauderdale oceanfront condo was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by breathtaking views. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with the added bonus of the ocean right outside our door. The unit was well equipped with a lot of extras: games, beach chairs, extra bedding, toiletries, etc.The location was absolutely perfect. We loved being able to step out of the building and onto the sandy beach within seconds. The condo is also conveniently located close to numerous restaurants, shops and attractions.The condo was incredibly well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, from a full set of cookware to modern appliances. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was also a huge convenience. The host was great with communication and informative.

This property had a great location about 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale strip, making it a little bit quieter. The condo was well kept and cleanly. Minnie was a great host answering questions promptly and helping out whenever needed. Would defintley return to this property!

Minnie is so helpful and easy to communicate with.Any questions i had were already answered had I paid better attention to the instructions! Lol. Wouldn’t do it again.

I asked to check in early and she said yes. We walked in and it wasn’t cleaned yet. I let her know and we went out to enjoy the day. Check in time was at 4 and we didn’t end up checking in until 5 when it was finally cleaned. If I wouldn’t have seen everything the previous people left I would have thought we got a welcome basket but in reality it was the people before us food lol. Very few rolls of toliet paper. Microwave broken. Handle to dryer broken- have to use a hanger. No heat in unit. Two fake fireplaces but only one worked. It was cold!!! Enough blankets but had to wash everything first because all the towels and blankets reeked of tacos. Small bathroom sink faucet leaks- don’t set your makeup on counter. Most outlets don’t work. Bring your own blowdryer. Pretty view but dirty and outdated. Floors were cracked. Bathtub was old and gross. Property was decent. Broken pool chairs. Tiki hut was good with great service.

Family Trip for 6

We came to Florida for a family trip to visit Ft Lauderdale and the Keys. We stayed 2 nights and was very happy with the condo. It was very clean and supplied with everything needed. Minnie was very responsive and helping. She even had beach chairs and other items for the beach. Parking was $18 a day for valet. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Tiki Bar was great, good food and drinks. The view from the room was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Minnie!

We came to town for the Taylor Swift concert and had a wonderful time at the condo. It is very large for a 2 bedroom condo and we enjoyed the pool. Parking was $18 a day for valet and worth it. Lots of places to eat near the condo. View was spectacular.

The unit itself was nice and very clean, a little dated but had everything we needed, the beach was very nice and the access to the beach was fantastic. The host to this property was quick with any answers we needed. Now the rest of this property, had a few complaints, the pool was disgusting, while I understand sand being on the bottom being right on the beach, the top of the water was very filmy and dirty. The rental for pool chairs and umbrellas was questionable, the sign at the desk area said credit card payments only, the guy called us down to the beach when we were waiting and just set us up (nice to have this available) but when we went to pay him with credit card, he told us cash only and we paid that way, but the next day we went down one of our ladies stayed at the desk where the credit card sign was and after we got set up we told him she was waiting to pay him at the desk. When he ran her credit card, for a $48 rented he automatically added a $19 gratuity, when asked about it he tried to,say it was automatic but the receipt showed a space to add a tip at your discretion. This was brought to the on site property manager’s attention. So just beware and pay attention.

4th of July Stay

Our group needed a beach place for a few days prior to a cruise. This happened to be over the 4th of July. Even with all the festivities going on, Minnie took wonderful care of us! She was super helpful and very quick to respond with any questions he had. Our group had 4 adults, 1 teenager, and 2 children. Even with ALL of our luggage for the cruise this area accommodated us perfectly. The unit is right on the beach and has a great restaurant and coffee shop for convenience. Though we did not use, the complex even has its own salon and last minute must have convenient store. There is both a Walgreens and Winn Dixie close by along with other walkable amenities. The walk to the pier isn’t far or a very quick ride share. We did not have a vehicle so we did not have to worry about the parking. Overall, this place is wonderful for a weekend getaway or a long family vacation on the beach. Totally recommend and we’ll be going back for sure.
