Family friendly home. My kids enjoyed the upstairs loft. Shops like Bert’s and restaurants within walking distance. Beach within walking distance. A little noisy with construction and being so close to the Folly Beach action, but not enough to bother us. Was a great stay!

Our stay at Prince’s Folly was perfect. It was an Easter weekend getaway with our college aged children.The house was plenty big enough. Loved the room upstairs with the extra living room. The deck space was very comfortable as well.The beach was just 3 short blocks from the beach, where most of our time was spent. It was the same short walk to the restaurants and shops.Would definitely come back.Aaron

Ridiculously Fantastic!
This place is ridiculously fantastic! We've rented at Folly for years. This was our favorite. Great place! Everything you need. Excellent location near Low Life Bar, Chico Fao, especially Bert's Market and on a street with Public Beach Access. What more could you want. If it's the right size for you group, stop looking. It's appropriately priced too!

Loved how convenient this was. So walkable to so many places. Brought a couple baby gates which made it possible to not have to guard the stairways and just to be able to relax. One neighbor is a tad on the sketchy side and even one day approached us for money. But they minded their own for the the most part. We would go back, no doubt.

We had a great time during our stay. The place ended up being larger than it looked in photos. The location is wonderful. The only negative is the pillows are very flat and the sheets are almost plastic feeling they’re so thin. But overall a wonderful experience and great location!

Perfect location
This place was the perfect location. We walked to every place in Folly beach. The house is comfortable and has just the right amount of space for our family. Loved the bathrooms and bedrooms. The porches are perfect for drinking coffee. I would definitely rent this place again!
