'Everything is just as advertised but better. The owners put a lot of thought into making sure that all the little things you need are provided. The rooms are extra clean and well decorated with beach theme in mind. The continental breakfast was perfect for a light breakfast and coffee. They even had snacks in the evening and it was even decorated for Easter. The location is perfect for walking to everything in Folly. We are definitely looking at returning in the future.'

'Great location, just like pictures, basic but worked well for us and our small dog. Great neighborhood to walk in day or night. Only negative, at times we could hear the owner’s family walking and taking above. But overall a good experience. Thanks'

'Pluses: Roomier than pictures show, good location with parking spot, fridge and Keurig. Minus: Barn door wouldn’t close for bathroom, noisy bathroom fan, batteries out on under counter lights and fan remote. '
