'Staying on a houseboat was a really neat experience! We reserved the "family houseboat" and it was more spacious than I thought it was going to be, especially the bathroom (which was very important, since four people were sharing it). I recommend motion sickness remedies if that is an issue for you. Though the houseboats are on a rather calm cove, being on water affected both my daughter and I at times; we wore those anti-seasick bracelets. Bench to watch the ocean and see the sunset. Can even snorkel around the rocks on the jetty. We even rented a pontoon boat from the place go out and explore. Nice place. '

Abundunt fish were neat to see and catch from the boat and shore. The bathroom with shower was vital for cleaning up after swimming, and we used the adjacent large table and seating area on-shore as well.
