Villa's in Florida Gulf Coast

'The townhome was nice and clean. The views from the balconies were beautiful. We were able to see manatees everyday and even got to see dolphins from the balcony. The property is centrally located where you can get to Tampa , St. Petersburg or Sarasota in relatively good time. There is a public nearby which was convenient. The host Carmen was nice and answered quickly. I would stay here again.'

'Conveniently located villa with lots of vegetation to admire. Short walk to the boardwalk and trail, I was able to see a couple get married right by the water. The pool is shady so the water was actually quite cool for summer despite being only 3.5' deep. Cute kitchen and we made use of the grill. Bathroom is a good size and the place is just enough for 2 people. Things to see within 30 minutes and modern conveniences like stores and coffee are close by. 'Close to everything, beautiful beach, clean property, pictures and description very accurate. Can’t wait to come back!'

'Very clean and accommodating home!'

'This was a great place to stay. Easy access to everything the area has to offer.'

'after we booked this property, we were told it wasn’t available. we were giving something off the books but the same owner. last house on the left(right). neighborhood was scary, house was scary, not clean! gecko poop all over the place!!!!!!!! the entire place was wooded and lots of rotting wood. the bathroom/laundry was once a front porch and the shower had a window that was not covered by anything so anyone could have seen in. will never use this vrbo again.'

'a little bit of Old Florida and seaside living. These old beach properties have been substantially renovated and now provide a modern feel. Lots of little touches - beach wagon, chairs, umbrella; gas & charcoal grills; pool; boat ramp and dock; kayaks; etc. - all make for an enjoyable brief stay.'

'My friends and I really enjoyed our stay! The townhome was really nice, clean, and spacious! The location was perfect - about 8 minutes from the airport and was a central location to EVERYTHING/EVERYWHERE we wanted to go!!! The host was also great- responded to questions and requests very promptly!. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again in the future!!!'
