'Cabin was booked and premium paid for with a Sea view as per receipt. The cabin supplied was for a river view, very disappointing. Reception at Big 4 Park offered no assistance or compensation, just blamed Hotels.com even though our receipt showed a sea view. Have not been able to get any assistance from Hotels.com for compensation at this time.'

'We had a wonderful relaxing stay sharing the beautiful house with the lovely, generous host and her big fur baby. We had a great breakfast each morning and fresh towels every day. The house is in a very quiet area and close to all amenities and walking distance to a river walking trail.It's a very tastefully decorated clean and tidy house with a beautiful garden.'
