'Excellent property and location for both Asheville and Biltmore Mansion. Home was very accommodating, immaculately kept. Our two toy poodles loved the back fenced yard Really enjoyed visting the town of Black Mountain. Everyone was extremely friendly and very talented artist. From the beginning there was a lack of communication from the owner with simple questions sent pre-arrival that were never answered. Upon arrival the landscaping & yard were so overgrown that we could not enjoy the outdoor spaces.
