'The property is gorgeous. The views are phenomenal. The place was nice and clean but needs a little maintenance. Several lights were out but there was plenty of lighting so many that some were hard to figure out what switch went to which light. One of the rooms did not have an tv. Overall I would definitely recommend the stay. The resort staff were extremely helpful, professional, and pleasant. The resort has plenty to keep you busy and would love to have been able to stay longer.'

'The property was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The only recommendation that I have is that it needs more cleaning products. For example, there was no soap for the bathroom sinks, only 1 packet for dishwasher detergent (hardly sufficient for a 3-night stay), and a very small bottle of dish detergent. '

'Condo was very nice, and very clean. Our only issue was that we arrived after dark, and the stairs going down to entrance were rather dark. The check-in was a little confusing. The guest services referenced in check-in instructions is actually 1.5miles away from the property. That took us a little while to figure out, and we had zero cellular service with Verizon, in that area. So I had to just drive and find somewhere to stop and ask about it. "Good location and quality-price relation was quite good. Rooms could use some maintenance but airco was functional and so were other amenities. We were on the fifth, too floor and had no noise from other floors or adjacent rooms. Single elevator was slow and breakfast crowded and decent but not great. Staff was helpful, friendly and hard working. Parking and grounds were well-kept and area felt safe. We walked to some breweries each night (in daylight) which was more than fine. For Biltmore the location is fantastic and you can get around quickly as it is next to an important street. Asheville’s traffic is not flowing easily because of many awkward crossings but the hotel is conveniently located."
