Majestic stone gas fireplace highlights this room with a flat screen HD TV/DVD. The U-shape, oak-floored kitchen features a ceramic top range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and food pantry. On the entry level is a bedroom with queen bed, wicker love seat and rocker, plus connecting updated bathroom with glass shower door and tub. Steps down lead to the master suite with king bed, sitting area with queen sleeper sofa, flat screen HD/TV/DVD/VCR. Recently updated master bathroom with large walk in shower and private balcony deck. On this lower level is also a laundry room with full size washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. 
CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald  on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.

HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, sheets, and linens are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit.  There is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
