Fantastic apartment for 6 people, with communal pool and views to Portocolom sea.
Enjoy a Mediterranean breakfast every morning, while contemplating the sea views, before spending a pleasant day at the beach or in the communal swimming pool. It is chlorinated, has a size of 7.5 x 5.5 m, a depth of between 1.2 and 2.2 m, and 6 sun loungers around it to enjoy the sun. On the other hand, the beach is only 200 metres away on foot.

This first floor, without lift, has a quiet living-dining room where you can watch TV, read something or eat together. Next is the kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. For your rest there are 3 bedrooms, two with double bed and wardrobe and the third with two single beds. One of the first two bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. A second bathroom with shower serves the whole house. In the living room and in the 3 bedrooms there is air conditioning. A cot and a high chair are available.

The location is ideal for nature lovers and lovers of beautiful beaches and coves. Portocolom has one of them and it is also a very nice and cosy fishing village. There are a few restaurants nearby, although there are many other restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops about 3 km away in the centre of the village.

Swimming pool open all year round from 9:00 to 22:00.
