The main bathroom includes a shower over bath, and there’s a second bathroom with shower on the ground floor for added convenience.

The open-plan living and dining area is a great space to gather, with a smart TV, fast WiFi, and a selection of board games and puzzles for slower-paced evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home, including an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, and the basics you’ll need to prepare meals. Getting around – Situated in a well-connected residential area between Penryn and Falmouth, the house offers easy access to both towns. A bus stop just a couple of minutes' walk away provides regular service to Falmouth, Penryn, Truro and Mylor Bridge. There’s also a nearby park & float/water taxi service into the town centre for a more scenic trip. Some road noise is possible at busier times due to the location near a main route.
