I checked in against my better judgment, walked into the room and it smelled horrible. I was fearful for my safety and went to the front desk to check out and they refused to give me a refund. They were so rude after I told them I didn’t want to stay there.'

'The hotel was clean overall except when my daughter ran the shower, a couple bugs crawled out of the drain. The shower is also not very powerful and the fiberglass tub sounds like it is cracking. The hotel is a non-smoking hotel but smelled like cigarettes in the hallway. When I went to the front desk the clerk had her back turned towards me in the back room and when I said, "Excuse me," she said, "yes," twice without turning around. I didn't want to speak out loud that we needed a plunger...
