'We had the best stay here!! The history of the house was amazing and the owners have kept it original while adding the modern conveniences. Myself and my daughters stayed and we spent so much time trying to take in all the special touches like the history of the house and of Shirley, very cool to read about! And Duke the hounddog was the perfect touch, he roams Shirley getting love and food from everyone. Perfect place to stay so you're in the middle of all the towns to go and do and experience...

'This was just as listed. It is a cozy cottage close to the lake. We keep our boat at Choctaw Marina, so this worked out perfect for us. The communication with the owner was fast and all of our questions were answered. We had some family visiting the lake on the last day and the owner let us extend our check out by an hour. We will definitely reserve this cabin again.'

'We loved the Lil Blue Cottage. Very nice, clean, and so pretty on inside too. Yard is very nice. Perfect coffee set up! Enjoyed our stay so much. Only recommendations would be small end tables with lamps at each end of the love seat and safety handles in shower and by commode. Will stay here again. . '

'This property was so unique and quaint! Our 7 year old little boy absolutely was in heaven! The entire place was fantastic! Loved the bridge/walkway into the treehouse, lit with lights in the evening, just stunning! The little kitchen, to couch, to loft with bed, and downstairs bed was very comfy and delightful! 'After a 20 hour drive this was the perfect little spot to get some much needed rest. Cute little cabin that did not feel little at all! Cozy with a nice bathroom and split acs that worked great in the heat. Close to town but Very quiet and private. Thanks for letting us stay in your wonderful retreat!! '
