'Absolutely fabulous few days away. This is a real gem of a hotel. Quiet and secluded but a real joy to experience. The staff are so helpful and genuine (Rosie, Sharon and Oliver deserve medals) There was plenty of choice for breakfast, the cooked breakfast was tasty and well presented. The evening dinner menu and quality of food was 10/10. I think it could be even better with a slightly extended menu. We will be back x'

We didn’t use the restaurant but it was fully booked the first night and the menu had a good choice. Within walking distance of the center and the ferry’s. Plenty of things to see and do in the area. 'The Lamb is absolutely everything I want from a country get-away; beautiful old building, quiet rural location, a bar that does several good real ales and simply stunning food! The evening meal was exceptional and the English breakfast also got top marks! The room was very comfortable with some excellent features, such as the wonderful bath in the very spacious lounge, the wood burner fire and a cafetiere. 'De kamers lagen in bijgebouwen t.o.v. de pub/restaurant, dit maakt het direct wat rustiger in de omgeving. De douche was goed. De kamer zelf was ruim en het derde bed was ook een boxspring i.p.v. een bijzetbed of een slaapbank wat wij gewend zijn. Dit is echt prettig voor een verblijf van een week. De ligging naast de rivier is prachtig. Wel verwarrend was dat wij dachten dat het hotel in Tiverton zelf lag en niet in een klein plaatsje (Bickley) ernaast, maar als je met eigen auto gaat is dit...

'Our stay at the Cridford Inn was absolutely fantastic. From the room, the staff, the restaurant (we tried the medieval recipes and they were great), the bar and the fabulous breakfast. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The area offers a vast number of walks on the beautiful Moor. '
