The staff were amiable and professional, though the check-in process was somewhat disorganized. Despite my arrival just 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled check-in time, it took over an hour for my room to be ready, which was less than ideal after an exhausting journey. The room was generously sized and immaculate, boasting views of both the Hagia Sophia and the Galata...

'The staff were very nice and helpful. They gave us a guide on what to see and how to get around. The breakfast was awesome. My children sometimes didn’t go for breakfast but they arranged for food to be taken to the room.We had an early morning flight so they had sandwiches made for us and provided drinks too for our 3.30am pick up and also had staff ready to help us with our luggage at 3.30am. Everything was awesome!'
