The private back patio includes seating, a gas grill, and views toward the Encinitas Hills. Community amenities include two swimming pools, a hot tub, four tennis courts, four pickleball courts, a half basketball court located on one of the tennis courts, there is also a toddler play area, and landscaped greenbelts. Just steps to private beach access via approximately 70 cliffside stairs, with additional beach access a short drive to the north or south. One pool with a hot tub is a short walk away, and another is steps from the unit. Beach chair, towels, and an umbrella are provided. 7-night minimum.
