'The view and access to the beach was better than expected. Usually the view and proximity to the ocean is never as good as it looks in pictures but this location is about 20 feet from the sand. I had heard that parking was going to be a problem but we were able to park our vehicle in the parking lot next to the Seabird Hotel and never had to move it the 3 days we were there. 'This condo is great for our large family. It’s very clean and Kimmy, the host, is very accessible. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked & there are plenty of beach towels & toys. It’s rare to have 4 king sized beds & a garage. There are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance, and of course the beach! This was our 3rd stay & we’ll be back!'

'We had a lovely stay at this property for a week and a half this April. The apartment was quiet, well furnished, and included everything we needed for a perfect stay. The king-size bed was comfortable and there was an air conditioner and a ceiling fan in the bedroom that kept the temperature very comfortable for sleeping. 'Had a fun time being able to see and hear ocean while sleeping. So many amenities and made me feel like I was at a second home. Being this close to the beach at this price and in this area was a blast and a treat. My wife and I were able to walk comfortably to most places to get food or coffee and really cool spots.'
