'When we checked in we waited for our room to be ready, at 3:56pm I asked if it was ready. They said it was. Upon entering the room we noticed several issues, no toilet paper and no refill,smudges in the bathroom mirror as well as in the balcony door, sink dirty and stained. The tub was clogged and took forever for the water to go down the drain, there was no body wash gel, hardly any shampoo towels did not look clean but reclycled. The place over packed, not enough staff to accommodate everyone,...

'The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Even the coffee was good, which is unusual for a free buffet. Given the relatively low price of the rooms, the cleanliness and modern touches were very welcome. Overall, a great stay.'

'I chose the place because of the pool and laundry room but laundry rooms was out of service. If I knew that I’ll go somewhere else. I should have received some money back.'
