'Staff was amazing. Front desk JACOB was so professional and helpful!! I can’t say enough good things about the front desk clerk who helped us during our stay. On an extremely cold night, they took the time to help us find a jump for our car and did so with patience, kindness, and total professionalism. This level of service is rare and truly appreciated. They are a real asset to this hotel And deserves a raise. Room was clean and nice and warm when we arrived after being outside on a below zero...

'Prima hotel al zou ik nooit meer deze keten kiezen. Naast alle andere hotels die wij kozen was deze de mindere. Het personeel was kortaf en niet spontaan. Valt meteen op in het overdreven vriendelijke Amerika. '

'I’ve stayed here about 10 times, I love it here , however, the many patrons at the restaurant next door make it hard to find a good parking spot. They take up all the hotel’s parking. '
