Located close to Metro, Buses, Grocery Stores, and some great restaurant, we had everything we needed close by and could easily get around to anywhere in the city. 'This is a good to very good property, marred only by a kitchen which needs some TLC/repairs/upgrades. It is within easy walking distance of a Metro Station, which then gives easy access to the entire rest of the city. There is a supermarket only a block and a half away which we found very convenient.
