Price quality out of proportion. Hotel needs an update. Large rooms. Elevator very noisy. Lack of visible staff. pool facilities are very nice.

The hotel has been beautifully updated since the last time we have stayed here. We loved how close the location was to shopping and restaurants.

Nice hotel at the right location of San Antonio. Just a few minutes from the river walk and a few steps from the Alamo. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is good if you want breakfast burritos. The bar (all say happy hour) was a bit boring. Staff was friendly. The valet was pretty expensive, but that's the same at all hotels.
