'Allereerst bij inchecken, 17.15 uur, werd ons vertelt dat wij veel te laat waren( volgens reservering-gegevens inchecken vanaf 16.00 uur). Wij hebben 2 nachten overnacht in Cedar Cove, onze kamer is echter nooit schoongemaakt en verder werd het dak vernieuwd, heel veel lawaai dus en ook overal rommel van het vernieuwen van het dak op de veranda. Was onmogelijk om hier te zitten. Ontbijt was niet inclusief, bij navraag aan de balie naar een aanbeveling voor het ontbijt, werd niet gereageerd,...

'The rooms were absolutely disgusting: dated, dirty, smelled awful, vents covered in dust and mold and everything was falling apart of broken (drawers, closet door, bathroom mirror). The grounds were poorly maintained, elevators filthy, hallways dirty, landscaping overgrown, fountain covered in mildew. The hotel store barely had any options and staff was “stepped away” multiple times without anyone there to service customers. The parking lot is a joke, never any parking spots so I spent 15+...

'I’m not judging the fact that this hotel is DATED, but when we got to our room… it was only partially clean. Trash hadn’t been removed, table not wiped down, towels not picked up. Housekeeping responded quickly to remedy a couple things but left me feeling like the room just wasn’t clean…. Beach was easily accessed but one of the gates to get back in doesn’t actually let you back in, others did work. Didn’t use other amenities. Pool did look nice.'
