The apartment has been decorated and furnished to a high specification. The accommodation comprises a spacious living/dining/kitchen. The sitting area benefits from lovely views over Holyrood Park to Salisbury Crags. Comfortable seating comprising two sofas and an armchair is grouped round the windows. A large TV and DVD player have been provided as well as a selection of DVDs.

The dining area has a table providing seating for up to 6 guests should you wish to make use of the well equipped kitchen area. This has granite work surfaces and is bordered by a breakfast bar. Due to the rules of the factors of this building and it's close proximity to The Scottish Parliament, we are not permitted to have a key safe at this property. We therefore use a nearby Key Nest facility for the key collection. As a result, it is very important that you let us know how you are travelling to Edinburgh, and your expected time of arrival, so we can choose the most convenient place for you to pick up the keys. The options are Waverley train station, Ibis Hotel Hunter Square. You will be sent a Key Nest code 48 hours prior to your arrival which you will need to quote to the member of staff at the Key Nest facility to obtain the keys.
