'I recently stayed at Hampton Inn Alexander City property is infested with lady bug in the rooms. There was also no hot water during my weekend stay. My room also had no phone service. Others in my party experience the same issues. I did speak with the front desk which didn’t provide any solutions to the issues. They stated they were booked and couldn’t offer a different room. This property needs a major renovation. This is the most disappointing Hilton stay!'
