« The rooms were clean, no complaints there but we thought the rooms are cleaned regularly, like sheet changes, towel changes. But we did not have that, we had a pretty messy room throughout our stay. The pool and hot tub needed more cleaning done, each day it was dirtier. We needed assistance on a few things but the staff was no where to be found, we were given a phone number for help but they didn’t answer and when they called back we figured it out on our own.
