'The staff was friendly and proactive. Their concierge reached out and asked if I was interested in being provided with recommendations or ideas on what to do. We were also upgraded to a suite upon checking in. The facility was clean and the pool and tub were a nice amenity after a long drive. There was no charge for parking and plentiful of it. Would definitely come back!'

'The rooms were okay, but they could have been better. Unfortunately, my overall experience was very disappointing. I accidentally made my reservation for March 16 instead of August 16. When I arrived at the hotel, I explained the situation to the staff member at the front desk. He was rude and initially told me there were no rooms available. When I showed him my reservation, he pointed out that it was for March 16. I asked whether I could book another room for that night. Instead of helping me...

'The property location was convenient and walkable to the boat rentals, restaurants, coffee shop, and market. Kelly and Tony were responsive with any questions we had and gave wonderful suggestions. The place had amazing views and strong central air conditioning. We were unable to connect our phones to the TV and didn’t bring laptops to connect via HDMI, but had a great time watching older movies that were playing on cable late in the evening. '
