Communication could’ve been a little better but that was a minor complaint and I don’t imagine this would be much of an issue 9/10 times here.'

'My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage. Located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and just two blocks from the main downtown area, this cottage had everything we needed for our stay. Hosts were quick to respond to messages prior to our arrival. No issues. Definitely would stay here again!'

'Everything was wonderful. It was cozy and nicely lit decorated. Dorene was wonderful. I had left some things and she so graciously made arrangements to mail the items to me. It is a wonderful, peaceful home with a fabulous dock. We are coming back for our honeymoon. '

'Exactly as described in the listing. Beds were super comfortable. Wi-Fi worked well. Quiet location. Check-in was easy. Owner was super responsive. It is an up north cabin with great location and amenities. '

'Check In was extremely easy. We enjoyed the water especially the kayaks. The weather was amazing and we got to see the sun and moon rise. The property owner is very responsive and has many available items in the house to use. The only thing i would say is the water way is an easement and not so much a beach per say but it was still nice. '

'We had a pleasant experience. The only problem was when we moved a fire pit closer to our cabin because the are was vacant (5 fire pits only 8 cabins, which needs to be addressed). The man who checks on the property came over and stated he drove by to talk to us earlier, but we were not at the cabin, which (a) seems like stalking and (b) his tone and the way he was leering at my daughter in law were not appreciated. If we stay next year my son and I may just kick his ass....we were tempted to...

'Great property and close to Tawas for shopping and Lake Huron. Beautiful sunsets. Loved having a washer and dryer. We were a little disappointed that the Sand Lake access wasn’t closer but it all worked out. We drove to Lake Huron and swam in the Great Lake. '

'John was excellent at communicating and making us feel at home. The views were amazing and kids loved the trip. '

'Great small home, worked great for a short visit with our family of 4.'

'Nicely decorated and clean. Check in and departure was a breeze with a door code given to you prior to arrival. The kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you needed to cook with and plenty of towels available for both kitchen/bath. Thankful for the AC during our stay when the temps were in the 90's. Shane responded quickly to any questions or concerns. The sunsets were an added bonus to our stay. Would definitely recommend.'

'with this place! Everything we needed for our long weekend. I would definitely stay here again. Super clean and comfortable. Great communication with property manager. Right on the water with lovely view from the big picture window in the main room. '
