'The place is exactly as described. Very clean and well stocked. The AC works great and the hot tub is refreshing. It’s about a half mile walk to the public beach entrance. My only advice to future renters: download the check-in information before you arrive (the cell service is really bad there, so you’ll need the wifi to do anything). Also, if you’re planning to use the sofa bed, bring your own blankets. What’s provided is not sufficient for an adult. '

'This is a beautiful cozy cottage, perfect for a small family. Centrally located on the Cape close to a lot of sights and attractions. There is a beach and restaurant within walking distance. My granddaughters and I had a great stay this summer.'

'Location and value could not have been beat.. With no more than a 1-2 minute walk to the beach.. The unit was clean and tidy when we arrived.. It had everything we needed and more. The host is extremely responsive and helpful..Now for the slight nuances, the place slightly loud if you have loud neighbours, but nothing that turning on the ac can't help to drown out the noise,I would definitely come back here, the price is unbeatable'
