« Good communication with our host, home was clean, popcorn provided was a hit for our kids »

« Home is decent but area is not the greatest. Cleaning people did a very poor job. Found dirty towels and a very nasty crusty rag in the shower with a bunch of bars of soap with hair on them. Don't walk around bare footed broken glass all in the yard. Multiple door hands broken. The hot water never got hot. »

« We managed through staying at this property OK. No broom, vacuum or mop for us to help keep the property tidy during a 5-day stay was provided.No dishwasher, so you need to hand wash dishes, but no sink plug or dish drying cloth provided.The property is dated.We were able to walk, we are in fairly good physical condition, to the River Walk and The Alamo. Will want to have Google, Apple or Wave on your phone to find these sites. »

House next door has bars in their windows as do others in the block. Host assured us it was safe but we saw no one out in their yards ir on porch’s »

« There was a slight hiccup with the check in process, but once the host became aware she went over the top to make sure everything went smoothly!!! The customer service will have me booking again! The location was perfect! Within walking distance of any tourist area in the downtown San Antonio area. »
