'Hotel was horrible. Stains on couch, ac broken. Dirty towels. Bed sheets and pillow cases stained. One of the nastiest places I’ve ever seen. Could not stay and was denied a refund. Do not book this place '

'I knew I wouldn’t be getting much given the area and price I paid but this place was the worst. There was blood on the restroom door, food splatter on the walls, dirty toilet, and holes in the door. We spoke with the front desk who admitted being short staffed and not having good help for cleaning. When we asked about switching rooms she said they were all the same. We left and stayed somewhere else. There’s no telling what other hazards are there. '

'I was placed in a room surrounded by families with children running up and down the halls and knocking on doors pretty much all night. The clerk said there wasnt anything that could be done about the noise. The toilet backed up and I called the front desk for a plunger to be sent to the room as I just got out of the shower and was told I had to come down to get it it. 'It was close to a lot of Alamo Heights which has lovely shopping and excellent restaurants. It is affordable and clean and adjacent to my favored parts of the city. Those seeking closeness to the SA most famous attractions might find it remote'

'Staying here is 7 out of 10 because once I arrive the room everything seem fine until I find bedsheet with blue line spot around it but I call right way but they can’t change until morning time definitely need housekeeping 24 hour in case anything happen but staff are friendly and kind with smile on it but the definitely need more cleaning when someone checking in new room '
