« The host was excellent, but the service at the hotel was horrible. We were at the reception counter for one hour to check in.. We gave the reception our confirmed paper reservation. They call Expedia and talk to them and Expedia verify our reservation. The manager had to call Expedia again after the receptionist had already called Expedia one time. .Someone in the hotel office type in the wrong dates. I paid for 49 days and the employee enter 9 days in their system. No apology or nothing given...
