The Cozy Master Private Room is fa private modern styled, with full cozy small bathroom for a comfortable stay, It is perfect for two guest (for an additional fee extra guest $15 per night). It has two full bed, Smart TV, reclining sofa perfect for resting and a mini kitchen ( microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, oven ) where you can prepare your meals and save money by not eating out,
Note: The studio is attached to the main house, it does not have any access to the house, both are independent.
The pool can only be used by registered guests. The pool is located next to my house, just let me know if you want to use it so I can leave the back doors open for you.
My studio is very comfortable and spacious, perfect for a restful and pleasant place , the access to the studio is totally independent for your privacy.
Located a 10 min to the Strip and all Casinos
• 5 minutes walking from the Boulevard Mall, Victoria Secret, Ross, 10 or 15 min by car to Sphere, Stratosphere, Convention Center ,Casinos, Strip, Freemont.
• Nearby to Restaurants, and entertainment.

*Absolutely NOT UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED at any time, please adhere to the maximum occupancy of this property (2 guests)
*ADDITIONAL FEES WILL APPLY IF WE NOTICE THAT MORE GUESTS THAN WHAT THE RESERVATION WAS MADE FOR ARE STAYING IN THE STUDIO.
*ANY GUESTS BEYOND THE NUMBER LISTED ON YOUR ITINERARY/RESERVATION WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY OF $50 PER PERSON PER NIGHT. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE YOUR STAY WITHOUT REFUND IF YOU EXCEED THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY OF (2 GUESTS).
