'I am writing to express my concern and profound dissatisfaction regarding a situation during my recent stay at Las Vegas I made an error in my reservation originally booking the room through Tuesday 28th instead of Wednesday 29th morning. At 3:30 PM on Tuesday, housekeeping was cleaning the room, and all our luggage and staff had been removed. It should have been evident that the room had not been intentionally vacated. 'Absolutely worth it for the location, room amenities such as double sink, fridge, microwave and Jacuzzi. Walk to the strip is manageable but still a bit of a walk. A shuttle to somewhere on or near the strip would be amazing.'

'My overall review is quite simple. We're looking to go back in October since Wu is performing in Vegas. The room is huge and has everything you need. Cindy is awesome and she communicated with my every step of the way. I'd highly recommend staying there solo or as a couple. Even the staff there including the Valet's were awesome! Added bonus is that it's underground parking for free! You really can't go wrong staying here!'

'Our stay was great. Room and property just as described. Easy check in. And the Vallet parking is a HUGE plus in Vegas. Not a far walk to MGM grand pools or the casino as some would say. Our Floor was very quiet. Felt like we were the only room on the floor. Our host Cindy was great and responded quickly to our questions.
