'Was okay wanted some extra pillow and they got them delivered the same day which is good. Only issue I had was the photo of the bathroom shown on Expedia was actually one of the shared ones and the en suit was completely different. Thogun it has a lovely heated mirror with blue tooth. Just swipe your hand next too it and it comes on. '

'Everything was fantastic after we got our key but what happened was it was too much noisy and in the bathrooms there was no hand wash but room wise fantastic had no problem and hopefully there was a fan there because it gets quite hot in there but overall a fantastic place to go to and I go every 1 to 2 weeks and I like that it’s in one place where I got food near me and corner shops so yeh '

'Really clean, spacious and loads of plug sockets which was great. Kitchen was perfect for what we needed and car park out the back was very convenient. We walked to Coventry Arena close by, through the big Tesco round the back and found other shops too - incredibly handy would definitely go back. Met the owner and he was really nice, and asked if there was anything he could do - really lovely service. Easily 5*.'

'The experience was really bad. We booked the place and arrived, but no one answered the door—there was no reception and no instructions on how to get in. We called for nearly an hour before someone finally returned and said they had booked the place. The neighbors were horrible and even came over with a knife, asking why we were there.
