Villa's in East Louisville

'The 1st and second rooms were semi-clean except the table chairs and also the jetted tub in the first room was broken and they were unable to fix so we moved to another room with a jetted tub the next day and refunded us $25.00. After moving to the second room again the table chairs were not clean. Staff was very nice and helpful especially Linda. Breakfast was good and parking was extremely good. Overall, I would stay again.'

'Unexpected circumstances happened during our three day stay. We were treated poorly by staff and manager. They were not helpful in anyway. Front desk staff was even rude. There are too many hotels nearby in this price range to stay at a hotel that is not flexible or kind when problems arise. Just choose another hotel.'

'Unit was equipped with a small kitchenette- but great breakfast was served in common area on first floor, including egg/potato sausage and biscuits and gravy. Fruit cereal and juices available, in addition to coffee. Staff worked hard to make sure things were well stocked. The room was comfortable and shower was good!'

'The property throughout was clean, and well kept. The room itself was clean, but there were no extra linens for the pull-out in the room those had to be requested from the desk. No extra trash bags in the room. Refrigerator wasn’t the cleanest and didn’t get very cold either. Furniture in the room had lots of wear and tear, but was clean. The pool was down for maintenance and was the entire reason we chose this property. Overall, good experience.'

'Huge blood or other bodily fluid stain on one of the bed mattresses. Sink drain stop not connected. Box of supposed new soap was wet when opened and likely used. Closet door glass was cracked. Large discoloration on the ceiling of peeling paint area from a past roof leak. Peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling. Bathroom is tiny and the door has to be forced past the toilet because it’s too close. Other than that the staff was nice. Property was clean. Breakfast was good. Was only able...

'Overall whole facility including outside was very dirty. I requested non-smoking room, but our room smells so bad... don't waste your money. I am not sure how they are still in business.'

'Rooms and bathroom was very clean, also very quiet. However the breakfast was extremely bad. But overall it was great for what I was there for. I would stay again. Oh the price was good too'
