« We enjoyed our time in Kentucky. Quiet, clean home close to everything. I realized I forgot to run the dishwasher when we left which was the only check task asked of me and I feel terrible about that. Some places have a list of check out tasks. Thank you Tyler for your hospitality. »

« Nice place to stay. Beautiful backyard with fireflies. Clean place, has everything you need. Planes flying over head 24 hrs a day was not something i planned on dealing with. My fault not theirs. Not the safest feeling neighborhood. But house was everything they said. »

« The property was just as described. Very nice location about a 10 minute walk to Main Street and all the tasting rooms. Also about a 10 minute drive to Churchill Downs. Tyler was an outstanding communicator and extremely responsive to any questions we had. Check-in was easy and he let us keep our car parked after checkout since we had a late flight which made things much more convenient for us. Highly recommend this property and can’t say enough good things about Tyler. »

The apartment building was nice and the apartment itself was comfortable. It was a short drive from the Lynn Family stadium, downtown Louisville, and many dining options. We had a great stay! »
