'Room was clean '

'Our stay was booked for 12/29-1/2. the heat thermostat didnt work. i notified the host & he suggested to give it time to heat up. we were in condo for hours & temperature did not get above 50 degrees. The fan would run but heat would not kick on. I found tampons/pads in both bathroom trashcans, trash behind console in livingroom, gummy candy on floor, water bottle in freezer, water in bathroom sink (unable to drain), used shampoo/toothpaste. We had to stay in a hotel the first night due to...

'The TV did not work, the bathroom floors and toilet were dirty. While the bed area was reasonably clean, it was not worth the cost and I won't return. '

'Room was clean and breakfast was great. The water from the shower was barely warm and should have more than two towels in the room.'

'There were a few HVAC issues with the room though the frontdesk and maintenance teams were prompt and courteous. Service was friendly albeit a bit slow as it seemed they may have been a bit understaffed. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable; no significant shortcomings. '

'The Granville Inn is the perfect place to stay in town. The location is excellent and an easy walk to everything. The rooms are clean and charming and the onsite restaurant is delicious.'

'Staff member Vela was very helpful. Delicious breakfast available at 6 am and my wait for shuttle to the airport was about 2 minutes. The shuttle driver was also extremely nice (especially for such an early hour)!'
