'Between the host telling me that I could stay the night before my booking and the place looked like a frat party went on to the trash that was outside the back door and then the dead mice in the garage and then not having a can opener to be open a can of food to cook for dinner not a very good experience at all'

'I think they should clean the whole place. I've stayed at other Hampton's. This is by far the worst. It's by the airport and needs to be cleaner, new carpet,,ice machines that run, phones that work. Not a pleasant stay. Just nasty period'

'None of the trash cans around the hotel were cleaned out. Breakfast was a joke, missing so many items from the menu and trying to charge people full price on the items. Being a Hilton owner and member this was by far the worst location we have stayed at.'

'The location was great! It's around several stores and restaurants. The hotel does not look like the photos but it's still a nice hotel.'

'We stayed two nights over Labor Day weekend. The outside of this hotel was nice and the breakfast served its purpose. Many areas of the hotel were dirty; the pool deck, the room carpeting, the room walls, and the inside of the sofa bed. Staff was disengaged with guests whether desk staff or the breakfast attendants. Overall, overpriced and underserved.'

'Great place to stay…but don’t go too far from the property. Easton area for shopping was top notch. The Sams snd Walmart was super shady. If you stay to go the Ohio stadium… take the interstate… GpS took us through the hood and had stuff thrown at our car. That being said hotel was great.'

'The common spaces and grounds were immaculate and all the people we interacted with were great. Location is unbeatable. Overall, we had a great stay. Noticed a few dirty spots in the room, such as a stained lampshade and an exhaust fan in the bathroom that was covered in a thick layer of dust. Mostly, though, the room was clean and comfortable. We slept great! The bed is comfortable, the room temp was consistent, and the curtains kept it nice and dark. We were surprised there was no coffee...
