Hotelresorts in Eagle Bluffs Conservation Area

'Could not use the pool while we were there. Had a slimy film on top of the water and the whole room had a very strong smell of chlorine. Windows in the room very thin and could hear all the traffic going by and the hotel is very close to a busy road. There was clothing found in one of our drawers and it wasn't ours so not sure how well our room was cleaned/checked. The staff were very nice and had a good breakfast'

'The rooms were very clean and the gym was the biggest and best I have ever experienced in my travels. The location was great and the staff were very helpful and courteous!'

'Trickle shower, No pressure, dirty shower floor, Water ran right out on the bathroom floor because of no lip on the shower. Bed was about 2 foot high. Couldn't hardly crawl out of bed Never go back'

'Dirty property, unfriendly staff. Hot tub didn't work. Toilets were clogged. Dirty bandaids left in the pool area for over 24 hours. Beds were not comfortable. Broken furniture. Breakfast was poor. Checked out early to how poor this property was managed.'

'The Terrible rating is really on using Expedia. Expedia is a big hassle to use them when things change unexpectedly. Very difficult to talk to anyone about a change. The savings is not worth the headaches. Yes i could have bought the insurance, but then it eats into the savings, so why use them?. I will never use Expedia again! i would rather pay full price for a hotel with the knowledge of I can simply call the hotel and rearrange things easily.'

'Our stay at Hotel Frederick was really nice. I love the historic building and love all of the antique furniture. My husband actually wished there was an iron so he could iron his pants, but there was not, and no hangers in the armoire. But, those things are trivial. The sheets were super soft. There was even music that weekend in the downstairs bar.'
