'Room had way too many gnats and other bugs crawling around, the floor was so dirty my slippers were black on the bottom. All of those touch screen and keypads looks like they were never clean. Parking is atrocious and too expensive $15 a day and you have to use Parkade. If nothing is available the only other parking is street parking which fills up fast! '

'This hotel has a terrible smell in the rooms. The first one smelled like it had 20 air fresheners. It was so strong that it made me start coughing. I asked for a different room and that one smelled like a rotten trash can. I had to keep the window open and fan on to be able to sleep. It’s a very new and clean looking hotel but it smells awful!! '

'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including
a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'
