« The hotel is gorgeous! The staff is so sweet and helpful. I loved the style of the room and all the decor. My only issue was the same sheets being put back on my bed because I didn’t tell the front desk I needed new sheets. I guess it’s an eco- friendly policy but it was a surprise and made me a little bothered to have to ask for new sheets. Otherwise, great hotel! Great time! Beautiful property ! »

« The staff was incredibly helpful at check in and on check out. The building definitely brings the older building charm with modern amenities. The parking is close enough that it wasn’t an issue, especially given that the location is downtown Ashville. I would love to return and stay longer. »
