Luxe hotels in Douala

'It’s a very clean hotel, it’s a 3 star hotel so I had no expectations, but it’s super clean , well maintained, great staff also. The breakfast has a very small selection but all juices are fresh. They exceeded my expectations'

'mes enfants on bien aime et sont prets a retourner ou a recommander votre institution hotelier'

'It’s a brand new property and to get there the address is absolutely different from the location of the property . The customer service is horrible . Air condition did not work and no one was there to repair till the next day . We had electrify issues no one at the reception until 11 pm . It’s not a place I will recommend with that kind of customer service '

'Shops nearby'

'My stay at this hotel was definitely an interesting experience. The hotel is decent and conveniently located near the airport and downtown. There were a few frustrating situations, mainly due to communication and inconsistent information from staff. I was told braiders were allowed to come to the hotel, but later a housekeeper became upset when I had one in my room. I also had a few uncomfortable interactions with an older restaurant employee, including being asked for money after room service...

'Amazing'

'They couldn’t find my reservation. The staff wasn’t that helpful at all. Until I haven’t received any refund for the reservation,'

'Welcoming staff and clean property, I will definitely come back.'

'Le Clos d'or appartements meublés est un établissement exceptionnel. Le cadre est sécurisé propre, luxueux, calme, et le personnel très professionnel, accueillant et à l'écoute. Ils m'ont offert de me récupérer à mon arrivée à l'aéroport et m'ont également raccompagnée au retour. Pour mes séjours dans la ville de Douala désormais c'est le Clos d'or 👌👍'

'Everything about this residence is amazing. The facility is very clean and the staff is always there to answer and provide immediate answers to any concerns. I really want to thank the entire managerial team for making my stay excellent. I will definitely come back and will recommend this residence to anyone traveling to Douala for any kind of trip be it business, vacation or any trip.'
