'Staff were lovely, and informative.Rooms were spacious. Walking distance to everything. Highly recommend!'

'I had a room with two twin beds on the 16th floor of the hotel. From the room, The room was very spacious, clean, well decorated and the view was spectacular. We had 2 sinks and plenty of counterspace. The toilet, sink areas and shower/bath were all separated, so it made it easy when both of us needed to get ready. The reception/check in counter were very professional, friendly and helpful with information. The only strangeness is that there are two elevators when you try to get to your room,...

Super vriendelijk. Aanrader '

'The location was great. It was walking distance to most anything.'

'The annex is new (opened Oct 1 2026) and not too far from namba station. Staff was really helpful and nice. The sky garden 3-bedroom suite we stayed at is beautiful and has a deck as well.'

'Absolutely amazing experience!!!'

'Excellent location (shopping areas, public transport), friendly staff, great view from the room (33rd floor). Interior hotel and room design is getting a bit outdated and could use a refresh, including the bathroom. Would still recommend because of the positive items of this review.'

'Great location! Within walking distance to many restaurants, abundance of shopping. Hotel room is large and staff were friendly.'

'We arrived before check-in time, front desk helped us with pre-check in and stored our luggage. Room is very roomy for a Japanese hotel and the bed is big and comfy. Location is close to everything. If we ever go back to Osaka, will definitely stay there again.'

'When I travel to Osaka again I will definitely stay here. I already recommend my friends to stay here when they visit. The property location is excellent, the staff provided great service and I like the speakeasy feel of the hidden entrance to the hotel.'
