« Very POOR. I stayed 4 nights and NOT ONCE was the bed made. NOT ONCE did my room receive clean towels. The garbage was never removed. On Monday and Tuesday mornings at 7:00, we made the coffee in the lobby since no staff had arrived. What's worse (if you can imagine this getting worse) -- We booked 5 rooms at the Boulder Creek Inn and each one of us received boorish and rude treatment by the managers and owners. « This tiny home was perfect for what we needed it for….mainly sleeping & eating breakfast. Very much appreciated the owners flexibility in letting us take our pet at the last minute. Communication was good. Home is perfectly clean & very cutely decorated & we loved sitting out by the fire both nights. Suggestions: a little step or stepping stone to get in the front door would be good. I have short little legs & ended up setting a piece of wood on the turf by door to step up on. « A beautiful, peaceful retreat surrounded by trees and wildflowers. And birdsong. Super comfy bed, immaculate bathrooms and kitchen, and THE BEST hot tub ever. Took a lovely hike up the mountain and through the woods, marveled at the immensity of some of the homes under construction, picked some flowers and had a great burger down at the resort. »
