'Het is erg vervelend om zo'n enthousiaste beleving flink beschadigd te zien worden door het management, dat ter plekke bij aankomst toezegt om een door hen 7 maanden eerder per abuis geïncasseerde betaling van bijna 3000 dollar, alsnog achterwege te laten.
