'Due to broken pipes we received notice on the night before our travel plans that the booking was canceled. Probably out of host’s control as well as ours. Still, our trip was cancelled all together. '

'The post promised gated parking which was not the case. Upon arriving, I had to reach out to the host to see where to park as the posting showed actual parking stals. I was told to park out between the first gate or out on the street which was quite a walk to the actual room. We received no check in information AT ALL, so after having to ask a lady on the premisis where to go I had to reach out to the host another time for the room info. 'We had a great stay at this apartment. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The gym in the complex was great to use and the location is really central to shopping and restaurants. It’s on the first floor, which was nice for bringing everything in.'

'It was found to be a real let-down. I had anticipated a living arrangement where I could invite family/friends for an evening of camaraderie. Instead what I found was a living room with no TV, no music, no available seating and instead had a large bunk bed, a large dresser, a table with 4 chairs and a refrigerator; an outside area that had a torn gazebo, dirty, rusty swing and a weedy garden; a bedroom that had a TV that didn't work, a mobile air conditioner that shut off after the first day;...
